Terrible customer service

Unfortunately the customer service hasn’t been great and my review is solely based on that as I haven’t tried the product. At the end of last year I enquired about the products with the owner Abdulrahaman who was initially responsive and said it should be launched soon and they will send me some samples. It was said I would be invited for some product testing which I said I would be happy to take part it. After that I never heard anything and didn’t get any response when I enquired about when the product is launching. I recently saw the product launched several months ago on line so I made an order however didn’t get any order confirmation although the amount of £15.99 was debited from my account. I emailed enquiring about when I will get order confirmation email as I don’t receive it but nothing, no response. It’s disappointing, as a huge fan of dates I was looking forward to trying and purchasing the products and even showed support for them but just been ghosted. Very unprofessional. I guess it’s not a big deal as not the only company that sells Sukkary dates.
